- GMGlen Montoya3 days ago1.0Went to the Las Cruces location to get a scope mounted and was turned away 2 separate times due to being “too busy” the first time and understaffed the second time. Flat out horrific customer service. Please don’t offer the service if you can’t accommodate customers.
- JGJaime GonzalezOct 8, 20261.0They sold me defective products and then were very unhelpful and unconcerned with helping me exchange my item. I was forced to get a refund simply due to the lack of effort from the staff.
- EVEnrique “Rique” VAug 12, 20261.0Ethan was incredibly rude during my interaction with me. Why did I continue the interaction? Simple I had already paid over $500. Had I not I would have taken my business elsewhere.
- RDRobert DAug 8, 20265.0Good selection and staff is very helpful.
- DCDaniel CasselberryJul 23, 20261.0Yesterday, I visited the Las Cruces store to purchase snake boots advertised as available. They only had one pair ina size that would not work. I returned to the store today, no greeting, had to ask for help. Once again, they did not have a different item the website said they had. They didn’t have the second item and I asked to speak with the manager. He immediately told me they have a lot of theft from homeless people, which did not address the issue of poor inventory control. I told him my recurrent experience with this store is poor customer service. His response was to tell me to leave the store. I left, called the corporate offices and shared my experience. I won’t be shopping there again, and will let my local friends to avoid this store like the plague.
