Over the past few months, several dedicated, long-standing staff members have departed, seemingly due to minor internal miscommunications. The resulting cycle of undertrained new hires has visibly impacted customer service, floor efficiency, and the overall checkout experience. The store environment under current management feels increasingly unstable, and customer satisfaction is suffering. Effective leadership should retain experienced talent rather than rely on constant turnover. Until there is meaningful improvement in store management and service quality, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope corporate leadership will take a closer look at the operations at this location.

The customer service was unprofessional, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously or handled with the level of respect I would expect from management. What made the situation especially frustrating was that, instead of trying to understand the issue and find a reasonable solution, I felt dismissed and poorly treated. I hope JCPenney takes customer feedback seriously and provides better training and accountability for management. I would not recommend this location based on my experience with the customer service and management.
