I am truly blown away and grateful. WINDSOR and customers alike are lucky to have such a uniquely wonderful team of young ladies! I was xmas shopping and, feeling overwhelmed by the stimuli, stumbled upon the store. When I got home, I passively remembered a dress and called before thwir close requesting it be put on hold for me. The manager was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person when I came in to purchase the dress. I ended up trying on several dresses and left with four plus accessories. She and the two other young ladies helped me choose dresses, gave me practical 'girl' tips, and somehow still effectively attended to the large holdiay crowd. Thank you for the encouragement!!
