I parked at the junction of Untuckit and Lee Michaels jewelry store. An employee from Untuckit came out, folded her arms and stared at me while I got out of my car. Then she chastised me saying “you took that corner awful fast into the parking spot and almost hit my car“. It’s pretty impossible at Uptown with the amount of traffic, the speed bumps, and size of the parking spaces to make fast corners. Ive no desire to shop there after this experience.
Absolutely the nicest retail employees I have ever met. I know and love the product but the service here was just the icing on the cake!
First time there, very impressed with the quality and fit of their shirts. Conor was great to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful, thorough in explaining and answering questions. I purchased one shirt and expect UUNTUCKit will be my go-to for shirts from now on.

This is my very first visit to the store and I spent $425.35 and I don’t know if I’ll be back. I had an overall mixed experience that I feel is important to share. Initially, I was impressed with the friendliness of the associate who assisted me. They informed me about a deal involving the purchase of a specific set of shirts—three shirts at a special pricing. Additionally, they mentioned that I would receive a 20% discount if I created a new account with them, which I decided to do.
However, upon reviewing my receipt after leaving the store, I noticed I hadn’t received the special pricing for purchasing three shirts. I only received the welcome discount. When I got home and tried on the shirts, I discovered that one of them was the wrong size. This prompted me to return to the store, both to exchange the shirt and to address the pricing issue.
Upon returning, I was greeted by a very nice and professional clerk who assured me that they could credit me back the difference, which I believed to be around $80. However, when the credit was processed, I was informed that it would only be $23.36. Curious about the discrepancy, I inquired further and was told that I couldn’t receive both discounts simultaneously. The clerk also mentioned that the associate who had originally helped me was mistaken in their explanation of the offer.
While the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, the miscommunication regarding the discounts was disappointing. I appreciate the effort made by the second clerk to resolve the issue, but clarity in promotions and training for all associates would enhance the customer experience. I hope the store can address these concerns to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.
This store has great clothes great staff and most importantly awesome customer service. The store manager Stephani is super supportive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the right fit and style.
