- ALAlma LozoyaJun 27, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I visited the store to purchase a specific pair of sunglasses that retailed for over $500. The only pair available in the store was the display model. I made it very clear from the beginning that I did not want to purchase the display pair and asked that a brand-new pair be ordered instead. I also specifically requested—twice—that the sunglasses be shipped directly to my home since I do not live in town. Unfortunately, the employee who placed my order made two mistakes. He ordered the wrong model of sunglasses and had them shipped to the store instead of my home, despite my repeated request. After discovering these errors, I spoke with who I believe was the store manager. He apologized and assured me that the correct model would be ordered and shipped directly to my home. Instead, what I ultimately received was the display pair that had been sitting in the store—the exact pair I had declined from the very beginning. Rather than ordering a new pair as promised, it appears the store simply shipped me the display model. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better customer service, especially when making a purchase of this value. I specifically paid for a new product, not a display item that had been handled and tried on by countless customers.
