  I came here to purchase some designer sunglasses, since I bought my last pair here a couple of years ago. I had my 10 year old nephew with me. When I walked in, I was greeted by a large man standing in the middle of the store, I immediately was drawn to the Ray-ban’s, I couldn’t see the price so I asked how much they were and he said $489.00. I put them back and started browsing again, then I turned to him and asked if they had anything in the price range of $100. He said no! No smile or help just staring at me while I shopped, like I was annoying him. He didn’t try to show me other glasses, just watching me. I told my nephew let’s go. When we walked out my nephew explained to me about the meta Ray-bans and the technology ( I didn’t know) I was like, wow, let’s get some! I was going to turn around and purchase a pair for myself and for my nephew but couldn’t stop thinking about how snobbish & rude that sales guy was, as bad as I wanted to buy them, it just kept bugging me. So, I told my nephew, google where else they are selling them, I’m not going to give that salesman credit! So, he did and found them at Best Buy, and $40 cheaper!! Truth is, the price didn’t matter but the service did.

  The girls working there were nice and helpful, I appreciated them answering my questions and helping me out. I was able to try on the glasses I liked and they gave me recommendations. All great. But the reason for only two stars: Really annoyed because I went in with the intention of buying the glasses today and walking out of the store with them. After looking around I compared prices online and they were about 5.00 more in-store than to have shipped to my house, but that was worth it to not have to wait. I’m visiting from out of town and needed to use them asap. After about 15-20 min, I picked the ones I wanted and they said they would clean them off for me because they don’t have any new. I asked if they had new of any other glasses and they said no they only had what was on the floor but that they would clean them and it would be fine. I asked if I could get any kind of discount and they said no because the glasses are fine. I’m sure they’re fine but to pay full price plus some extra when they do not have the case and cleansing cloth they’re supposed to come with plus have been handled and worn by multiple strangers seemed really weird to me. I wanted some time to think about it so I said I would be back if I wanted to get them. I looked it up, and I can get the glasses much cheaper online with a military discount, plus they have free shipping and will come brand new with a case and cleansing cloth. I wouldn’t recommend this store until they get new stock and I won’t be back.
