- HMHarry MagnesOct 4, 20265.0My wife and I went to Sportsman's Warehouse Albuquerque on Friday, October 2, to pick up a Colt revolver we had ordered online. The gun counter was crowded and a bit confused, UNTIL Prescilla arrived. She is outstanding! She took charge, managed the 3 people waiting for background check, answered questions, and got things running smoothly in just a few minutes. Many people are happy to complain; few are willing to compliment. We found Prescilla to be knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and organized. Treat here well-she is a wonderful employee!

I was told they do gunsmithing like adding on muzzle devices or triggers etc. So i ordered a muzzle device from smith and wesson specific for my gun,took it too them and was told they dont do that stuff. "We dont have the tools for it" Then dont tell people you do that and they will get discounted prices with the 5 year plans you offer for cleanings etc..

I was with two of my boys and they were teasing eachother, they were not harming or touching any merchandise or bothering anyone. He yelled at one of them for no reason at all. If my boys are not harming the store or merchandise its not your business to yell at them! Will not be coming back to this store!
- KKKspokesSep 6, 20261.0I went in today Sep 6th at 5pm. I was prepared to spend $2,500 on a new rifel. As im waiting for 30min to get assistance not one employee even looked at me. No help PERIOD. Its like I was a ghost. One employee saw it fit to tell gun story's instead of doing his job. It's ridiculous that we now come to expect this kind of service in our day. I'll give my business to a company that actually values customers
