  In-stock and ordering system needs to be fixed. To be clear, this review is for the company, and not specific to this store. I ordered a casting rod online to be shipped to this store in Albuquerque. About 5 days later, the order was canceled due to "out of stock". So i odered a different rod, 5 days later it was also canceled for "out of stock" both rods state "IN STOCK" with pick up at store option. I called customer service to see why my orders were being canceled, and they told me it was some kind of verification error, and that i was going to get a phone call with in 24 hours to resolve it. I got the call a few hours later, and the rep told me the rods were out of stock. I asked why they were "IN STOCK" on their website if they didnt have any? The guy was apologetic, but could not answer the question. I eneded up hangging up and ordered a rod from a different retailer. To be clear, the rods have always been in stock according to the website.

  Don’t waste your time here! Poor customer service! especially at the gun counter ! They act like their store policy is the law! Save yourself the unsatisfactory visit and go to cabellas!

  Had items shipped to the store that says it’s ready for pickup but it’s actually sitting on pallet in the receiving bay. they’re too short handed to actually go through it and get my stuff. It’s been 2-3 days. Now I know to never ship to this location again since it would be a waste of time.

  I paid for a firearm, the website said they had it in store was told I can pick up from store tomorrow it’s been a full week now and they told me they don’t have it that it’s coming from there warehouse now this morning I get a delay it says we can’t find your firearm in the store so we have to ship one here. thats what they told me they are shipping it from their warehouse because they don’t have it in stock. it’s a mess to get a firearm from them online. and to get help from the ppl there is just as bad they just send you else where. I don’t even have a date when to expect mine in. and if I do a refund they charge me the 10% to restock a firearm they lost

  Lesson learned!!! We live in a world where small local shops are shipping orders faster than large warehouse retailers. Support your local small businesses whenever you can. Learn from my experience no mistakes!!! My recent orders from Sportsman’s Warehouse have all taken 20+ days to arrive. $150 anchor 15 days. $325 Shimano dc reel 25 days.Not small items just not unacceptable in today’s market.
