  Ordered a rod and reel for in store pick up today. I go to check my email they automatically shipped one because it wasn’t in stock. instead of asking me if I wanted to cancel the order. The reel was available but I needed it for tomorrow to go fishing. The rod doesn’t come til the 13th and I can’t get a Refund on it until it arrives in store. Very inconvenient and nothing was done to appease. Nothing I can do on my end except wait. I canceled the whole order out of frustration.

  Tried returning 400$ red dot used once, tiny paint scratch from mounting, less than a mm and girl at desk said i couldn’t return it😔 bought 3 weeks ago

  Ordered a product online for store pickup the same day. When I arrived to pick up my item per email instructions they offered me a floor model without original packaging and parts despite the same new boxed item being available. I asked to take the boxed item and they initially argued with me. The manager took care of it, but this is unacceptable. Corporate will hear about this for sure.

  I came to this location two days in a row now. My father and I shop here for quality of products and for the great customer service. It's so sad that the cashier Mary decided to be rude and very unprofessional with a nasty attitude and bad of conducting herself. We are thinking twice about going back to that location, just because of one bad apple.
