  I appreciate everyone that works here a big shoutout to the employee Stephanie who made me a last minute prom corsage and boutonnière because the ones I order would was delayed it’s a nightmare. These people didn’t turn me away I had just got out of work and was stressing thank you so much for making this special day for my son and his girlfriend.

  Honest Reviews I ordered flowers Thursday March 12 to be delivered Friday March 13. $100.00+ for flowers you expect atleast what you pay for. An employee called Friday morning and said they didn't have what we ordered on the previous day Thursday afternoon. I didn't get upset. The young lady offered to give me more ŕoses and more star gazers. I asked if I would please get new fresh flowers and not what i was showed in the fridge the day before. That bouquet had been sitting for a week, I was told by the other young lady. While we were looking inside, someone outside broke into my car and stole some tools right infront of the store on central. Of course the store or the employees are not to blame but just to add to the hastle. The old flowers were delivered Friday and 1 extra rose and extra baby's breath. No 'extra roses or extra star gazers" as offered by the employees. The first solution offered was to go pick up the roses and to deliver another set later. How do you deliver roses that are noticeably older and sagging in the first place? I did call the nobhil location and asked for the manager to call me. A lady named Lydia called me, but unfortunately I wasn't able to answer at that time. I did call back the Candelaria location the nobhil location and another location I was told to call looking for the manager. I left several messages with each location but I never received a call or a msg. It is so sad and upsetting that NO Manager ever called me to right the wrong. I have been very patient but it is very upsetting. I paid everything I was asked for I deserve everything I was promised and not old roses. I have purchased from People's for years and it's upsetting not to be taken care of. Hopefully management rights the wrong soon! Update the manager did call back and left a message that was not understandable. I immediately tried reacing her but there wasn't a good number to reach her and no one else willing to help. Its funny everyone says they will leave a message but hard to believe no one will return the call. Bad customer service and many many years of loyalty as a customer for nothing. Very upsetting.

  Came in with an extremely large last minute order — the staff, especially Amanda, really looked me out and help make the vision a reality. Highly recommend the good folks at People’s Flower Shop.
