  Literally blown away by the customer service at this location. Was looking for a corsage before mother's day and the "main location" on Candelaria had nothing available and were "too busy" to make one, even though they had 3 employees working on a single bouquet of flowers (made no sense to me, but hey... ill take my business elsewhere). Went to the Montgomery location and not only did they have some product in stock, they offered to make me a custom corsage, despite being busy. Stephanie did an incredible job, making a corsage that my mom absolutely loved. Kudos to her! This store made my day. They were friendly, unlike the Candelaria location. They were kind, and truly made me feel like they cared. There were only 3 employees here, and they worked as a team to take care of everyone walking in the door. Compare that to the Candelaria location where it took 3 employees to wrap a single bouquet of flowers! If you need flowers, this is the location to visit. Dont waste your time or money anywhere else. Even though the "main" location is close to my home... I will travel to this location based on the service excellence, quality, and care they put into every customer.

  I had a great experience with this florist. The flowers were even better than the pic I chose. The online ordering was easy to use and delivery came as expected. I highly recommend!

  The arrangement was beautiful and looked just like the photo. Flowers were fresh and they were delivered on time. I was impressed that they called me to let me know they had been delivered.

  On average, I say I send flowers 6-9 months out of the year. My husband sends me flowers at least 6 months out of the year. My mom sends me flowers at least 2-3 times a year. Over the past few years, the quality has declined to the point that we've had to exchange or return items for a refund. In addition, products ordered online do not match what was delivered, even when ordered a month in advance. The carnations in my mom's Mother's Day bouquet, which I sent my mom a couple of days ago and ordered weeks ago, are already dying. They are carnations, for goodness' sake. Carnations are hardy and long-lasting! Customer service tries to fix the issues. Unfortunately, they cannot fix them until after a holiday due to limited flower supply, which defeats the purpose of sending them for a special occasion. I have had so many issues that I would order from another floral shop if there were other options besides companies that pick flowers from Albertson's or Smith's floral department.

  I've used People"s Flowers for years and have always been satisfied. I'd like to thank your team for delivering a sympathy bouquet same day. Usually, that wouldn't have been a problem except for Mother's Day being just days away. Your team still delivered a beautifully lavish bouquet in a timely fashion. That is not only impressive, but so much appreciated.
