  I’m disappointed with the customer service I received at the Lululemon Uptown Albuquerque location during my visit on March 10, 2024. I recently purchased a jacket based on an associate’s recommendation, but when I tried to wear it, it didn’t fit. I had removed the tags and still had my receipt, and it had been less than two weeks since the purchase. The manager , told me there was “no way” she could help because the tags were removed. When I asked for her full name and contact information for customer service, she refused to provide it, stating that she didn’t have to give it to me because it was personal. I expected better from Lululemon. This experience was dismissive and unprofessional. As the manager of any establishment, the goal should be to find a resolution to your customer’s issue. This is Customer Service 101. Obviously, this manager does not understand this principle. Dismissive and unprofessional behavior are not part of good customer service. I hope this excellent company addresses this issue with their employee.

  I had a fantastic experience at this Lululemon location in Albuquerque! I went in to get some pants hemmed, (a serve provided for free !!!) and the entire process was seamless ;) The staff were wonderful—everyone had such a positive attitude and a welcoming smile, which made the visit even better. They were so professional that they even provided me with the contact information for their seamstress, which I really appreciated. The store itself has a wide selection, and I am absolutely loving the beautiful, bright, poppy colors and prints they have in stock this year. Very clean! It’s always a pleasure shopping here; highly recommend this location!

  What a horrible experience! I was visiting the store with my 3 year old, I had my hands full of merchandise to try on and when about to go into the fitting rooms my kid asked to go potty. When I asked the fitting room employee to use the restroom for the kid they told me no public bathroom (there is a bathroom next to the fitting rooms that has a code, and used to be public) I had to leave the store without trying anything on and drive to Trader Joe’s so my toddler could go pee. INSANE!!! I (embarrassingly spend an average of $3-4k a year of clothes form this sore) granted I won’t be showing up in person again. I understand if you can’t have a public bathroom for people that are not shopping, but asking someone to leave the store…. Not nice. I wish I could give it a 0 out of 5
