  Client Advisor Susan Gomez graciously welcomed us and made us feel like the most important clients in the store. She was extremely straight forward in assisting us, providing several options, and what we most appreciated, was that she did not not try to oversell what we were wanting to purchase, something seldom experienced in sales these days. The store was exceptionally clean, well laid out, and a pure pleasure to visit and make our beautiful purchase. Thank you Ms Gomez and Lee Michaels.

  We had such a great experience working with David at Lee Michaels! He was incredibly helpful when picking out my wedding band and went above and beyond to make sure it fit perfectly with my engagement ring. He was very professional, responsive, and always easy to get ahold of throughout the process. I really appreciated how much attention he gave to the details and making sure everything was just right. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and I’m so happy with my wedding band! I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking for a jeweler.

  Wanted to purchase a white gold, or platinum ring for my fiancée. The older woman working disregarded us, took phone calls, putzed around before finally helping us. Then was rude. They just lost our business.

  Went in to ask about servicing vintage Rolex's. Larry (Store Director) greeted us and was welcoming and helpful. Gave us the complete process and different cost estimates based on what level of service/repair the Watch might end up needing. Was very patient with me as I was super distracted by all the really nice watches he has on display :-). Do not hesitate to walk in talk to the staff. They have great collection of Watches and Jewelry and that can accommodate different budgets. As far as Rolex goes, it's absolutely worth getting on a waiting list, if required, for the reference you want. You get the retail price vs the usually higher secondary market one. He also has Certified Pre-owned options. Thanks again to Larry and staff for a great experience.
