  There are so many things I can say, but I assure you the review would be a novel. I'll keep this simple. Personalized customer service as if you are the only person standing in the store. Thank you, Lara, for your time and expertise. The creation of something like an engagement ring is nerve wracking. However, I was never pressured; in fact, it was quite the opposite. I was encouraged to go with what I felt was the best option. Picking the setting, the options for stones were endless, including lab options, the understanding of circumstances, ALL TOP NOTCH. If you are in the engagement/wedding ring market, please keep your money local and go with John Thomas. Phenomenal experience that led to a beautiful, timeless finished product. I will be back for sure.

  My fiancée and I wanted a customized engagement ring and after looking at reviews we came across John Thomas Jewelers. The process was seamless from beginning to end. The best part is that we were ended up with the engagement ring of our dreams. We could not recommend Lara, the staff member we worked with, enough.
