- IVIsilzha VeniJun 16, 20262.0I've always liked JCPenney for some reason but I have to say I was really disappointed on my last visit. The men's fitting room was nasty. I was afraid to sit in the chairs, the carpet is severely stained and there were straight pins everywhere in the floor (perfect for people who don't have shoes on while changing clothes!), several of the fitting rooms didn't have lights that worked and the wallpaper is peeling. You can do better, JCP! The attendant was lovely though and she deserves so much better than the working conditions you're inflicting on her.

Found another to replace her and she has also left. I have a bit of a conflict with the current person there even though she was recommended. I am the customer, not someone for a person to do as they please knowing what products were used in the past and what I want then being upset because something else didn't work. Please do better with this place and customer service.
