What hello, hello, Google users tonight? We're at the Family Dollar on Gibson, 1400 Gibson. To be exact and horrible service went in to get bandaids. Necessities, just a couple things and night crew. Once again. Their keypad is not connecting to the host, which is the register, which several customers have explained. Even an X manager told their reboot it and it'll refresh everything. But no, she insisted on just saying we're about to close. So we can't reboot, it says a lot for your night crew Family Dollar. Your crew is more worried about clocking out and taking care of your customers. A line of people were turned away because they were too lazy to reboot it because they wanted to go home Two 👎🏻👎🏻all the way down. But daycrew rocks

I would not recommend this Family Dollar location. I’ve shopped here twice, and both visits were frustrating. Many items were stocked in the wrong place. For example, cat food and plastic storage containers were displayed under lower-priced shelf tags but rang up significantly higher at the register. When I pointed out the pricing errors, both the staff and the manager responded with attitude and told me that I should be checking the barcodes myself before picking up items. On my last visit, after I showed the manager that all of the plastic containers were stocked under the $5 price tag even though they rang up as $6.75, she simply threw the container back onto the shelf instead of addressing the issue. To make matters worse, the area around the store didn’t feel very welcoming, with people outside asking customers for money. Overall, poor organization, inaccurate shelf pricing, and disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning.
