- HHHankAug 14, 20264.0Store definitely needs a lil help, distribution centers for the store in Utah i believe they ship from need to package and take better care of their product. So in all id give the store a 1 star only reason for the 4 star is a man named Damir. Which is a district manager of sorts reached out to me after a survey and made things right after getting my boat delayed after two came broken and the last came scratched up before it even left the store. Damir offers the best customer service and is the only reason im not giving a one star, he made the worst experience the best and I recommend bass pro shop follows his lead in bettering quality and sales.

Cabelas provided zero assistance and Liberty Safe has yet to return an email and i have spent 2 days now on hold for over 2 hours waiting to get ahold of someone. As of today... still have a safe i cannot use that cost me 1700
