- JFJessica FanfanJul 31, 20265.0Fabiola, Trinity and Melania (the store associates) were phenomenal and helpful in helping me piece together a last minute outfit for a formal event I had the next day. They gave great suggestions based on my needs. Was able to get in, and purchase a dress and shoes to match in less than 30 minutes! Would definitely return. The store manager on 7/31 at 8pm was unprofessional to staff which I noticed unfortunately. She was yelling at the employees across the store and it made me feel uncomfortable. All the employees were working diligently and seemed to be all pleasant ladies but the manager’s obnoxious demeanor and attitude was horrible. I could not imagine working under those conditions. Respect and kindness cost you nothing. Other than that I enjoyed my experience due entirely to the store associates and am extremely happy with my purchase. Beautiful items at a reasonable price!

The line is always so slow and there’s only ever 1 employee while the “manager” just goes around the store blabbing about how she can’t be on register because someone needs to be on the floor… I have been in like for 15 minutes with only 3 customers ahead of me and 1 cashier. It’s kind of ridiculous. Maybe if they weren’t so hung up on getting every customers email address they would be able to ring people up a bit faster. Only 2 stats because they have nice clothing. Other than that you def gonna have to meditate and make sure you have 45 minutes to an hour to purchase 1 dress . But hey!!! Good thing 1 of 2 employees is standing at the entrance to say hi when you walk in UPDATE: changed this to 1 star because there’s literally 3 employees helping one customer at the register … what is going on
