  The staff here sucks. The line is always so slow and there’s only ever 1 employee while the “manager” just goes around the store blabbing about how she can’t be on register because someone needs to be on the floor… I have been in like for 15 minutes with only 3 customers ahead of me and 1 cashier. It’s kind of ridiculous. Maybe if they weren’t so hung up on getting every customers email address they would be able to ring people up a bit faster. Only 2 stats because they have nice clothing. Other than that you def gonna have to meditate and make sure you have 45 minutes to an hour to purchase 1 dress . But hey!!! Good thing 1 of 2 employees is standing at the entrance to say hi when you walk in UPDATE: changed this to 1 star because there’s literally 3 employees helping one customer at the register … what is going on

  It is an excellent place to shop for dresses. I found exactly what I was looking for. The collection is exquisitely curated-beautiful, elegant, and effortlessly chic. The staff is also highly professional and attentive. I would highly recommend this store.

  I had an amazing experience at the Windsor store. The space was spotless, beautifully organized, and clearly well cared for. Staff was constantly working to keep everything neat and welcoming. It immediately set the tone. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and genuinely kind. I was offered help multiple times (in the best, non-pushy way), and as soon as they noticed I had a few items in my hands, a fitting room was opened for me without me even asking. Another associate also checked in to make sure I was all set. That level of attentiveness really stood out. But the real star of the experience was Priya. She was truly exceptional. She was patient, thoughtful, and full of great styling ideas. She took the time to help me explore options, never rushed me, and somehow nailed exactly what worked for me. Thanks to her, I walked out with two dresses, shoes and feeling fantastic about my purchase. This was hands-down the best service I’ve ever received at a Windsor store. Even though this location is farther from my home, it will absolutely be the one I return to from now on. Outstanding service like this is rare, and it deserves to be celebrated.

  Me encantó esta tienda. La atención al cliente es espectacular. Hoy me ayudaron muchísimo; una de las muchachas creo que se llama Yuleishka y la otra no recuerdo su nombre, era morenita con el pelo corto. Entre las dos me consiguieron un vestido espectacular y muy bello. Aunque no era lo que estaba buscando, me terminó gustando aún más. Me impresionó mucho el conocimiento de la que me ayudó con el vestido; me explicó que los vestidos, sin importar la talla, vienen con copa B y que se pueden llevar a una costurera para cambiar las copas.

  OMG I just got home from my family Christmas party and I still can’t get over how many compliments I got on my outfit!!! 😭✨ I’m honestly shook. Shoutout to my girl julieshka for absolutely killing it and picking the PERFECT fit!!! She really did her thing. Best Christmas ever!!! 🎄💖🔥
