  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The service was absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional. I arrived at 6:39 PM to redeem a promotion I had on my mobile app, but the employee did not know how to process the coupon. Instead of him trying to assist me or find a solution, he told me I needed to leave the store because he had a bus to catch, even though he had not actually helped me complete my order. While in the store, I contacted customer service and thankfully they were able to hear the entire conversation between the employee and me over the phone. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way and I hope management addresses this issue with proper training and professionalism.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Edible Arrangements. The advertised/order-confirmed total was $129, but my card was charged $173 instead. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they refused to correct the overcharge or provide a refund. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and no effort to make things right. Be very careful reviewing your final charge before ordering from here.

  If I can give this store a -0, I will! I placed an order to be delivered after 6pm. They left it at the front of the building! No PHONE CALL! I called them and they said no one answered and their cut off for delivery is 5pm! So why did I not receive a phone call to tell me this when I specifically wrote it in special instructions. That the whole purpose of putting my phone number! Never again. 9.99 for a delivery fee for this BS! Never again! Not from this store!

  I bought a platter of cheesecakes and cookies for a Christmas event, and lets just say they all were gone within a few minutes. Their products are amazing, and the customer service is even better!!! The owner and his son are very kind and sexy. Go there!

  These people are rude . I wasted alot of money getting flowers sent to my mother for mother's day to have them look terrible, barely Any flowers more fillers than anything and some were dying. They tell me they can't do anything unless I come in to the store and I don't Even live by the area to go and they literally hang the phone up on me. NEVER AGAIN AM I ORDERING FROM HERE JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE HELL WITH WITH ANYONE ELSE.
