I enjoy this mall with my family but will no longer be attending. I tend to use the BJ's here because we can get gas and there are a few standouts for us in this mall that I enjoy. The comic shop for one, the Japanese markets like Ebisu another. I shop at Macy's and a few other spots here but the rampant and random crime here is getting out of control. Security does a good job and police are quite often patrolling but until they institute a no unaccompanied minors after 5pm rules it will never improve. Roving bands of teens starting fights, stealing, or the latest in a long line of stupidities are TikTok pranks that have become coordinated near field communication hacks to steal data and credit card information. This mall is closer but I'd rather drive the 10 miles to go to Westfield or even farther down to The American Dream and pay parking then go to Willowbrook. Honestly, the mall should hire more security but thats my opinion.
