They were quick to sell me an expensive pair of sunglasses, but when I returned with a clear manufacturer defect, they wouldn’t even take the time to look at my receipt. The associate didn’t show any interest in helping resolve the issue. I expected much better support given the price and reputation. I won’t be shopping here again.
