Please save yourself and do not order furniture from their website! My mother ordered a couch to be delivered three weeks ago, and she has yet to receive it because the delivery company JCPenney chose, Hub Group, does not want to bring the couch up to her apartment on the sixth floor. The company claims the job requires four workers to bring it upstairs and that JCPenney will not approve the extra labor. JCPenney claims this isn't true and that the company said it cannot deliver the couch up the stairs. This is insane because I never even saw the couch or the drivers; they left so quickly that I couldn't come down and look at the situation. Not to mention, supposedly, the couch is in a box that I'm sure could be taken out to make the delivery smoother. They lied about white-glove delivery. We should have bought our couch from a reputable company like Raymour & Flanigan

I placed an order online for same day pickup at this JCPenney, Willowbrook location. When I placed the order, the website showed that the item was in stock. The order went through and I paid with JCPenney rewards and my credit card. They sent me an itemized receipt. After they charged my credit card and used my rewards, they canceled the order with absolutely no explanation as to why. I called Customer Service because my rewards are now gone from my account and I received notification from me credit card that the charge went through. The customer service agent said she would re-order the item. However the price she was charging to re-order was not the same as my receipt. She wanted to charge 10x the price on my original order. I told her to honor the price on the order receipt and she refused claiming she could no longer see that price in her system. What a scam and complete waste of time. Lost my rewards credit and now I have to call my credit card to dispute the charge.

I understand that things happen...items rung up wrong hence a buy 1 get two free sale.$12 plus 2 free should still equal $12 or $4-00 per item ..yet, the 2 cashiers called a manager she was trying to explain how the sale works YET, SHE WAS WRONG TOO!! I went home after wasting 45 minute drive and gas to get there...I decided to place an order via the net and the online prices are right!!
