  I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at your store on May 22nd. I purchased two pairs of trousers, and after wearing them only a few times during a trip to California, I discovered that the stitching around the pockets had completely unraveled. Upon my return, I visited your store to return the defective items. Unfortunately, I was denied assistance simply because the transaction occurred more than seven days prior. The staff members I encountered were dismissive, uninterested in addressing the quality issue, and provided no helpful solutions. As a customer, I expect a reasonable standard of quality for the products I purchase. Receiving defective clothing and subsequently being met with such unhelpful service is highly disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, and it has significantly impacted my view of your brand. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this matter. Note: They got back to me and provided a gift card equivalent to the cost of the trousers. I went ahead and used it. Thank you.

  Quality is garbage and returns are only allowed within 30 days now. Not even store credit. I will never shop at Express again

  I had such an outstanding experience at the Express location at Willowbrook Mall. Every single employee I interacted with this past weekend was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service in a retail store. The staff here went above and beyond to make shopping enjoyable and stress-free, and their professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. This team should absolutely be considered role models for retail customer service everywhere. Huge compliments to everyone working there — you made a lasting impression!

  Manager of this store “ Sally” should be fired !!! Does anything and everything to refuse legitimate unworn returns!!!!! She is a liar . Who does she think she is !!!!! I Have already called corporate to complain, will continue to call until something is done about her. I have never been treated more disrespectfully and rudely as a paying customer in any store. This woman should not be running any store or working in any capacity as a customer facing employee.

  Tried to return a shirt that was bought with a makeup stain on it. The staff member denied my return and then loudly accused me of trying to return a worn item. I tried to explain to him that I had accidentally bought the shirt that way but he did not listen. I tried to speak to a manager but was also denied that as well. I would recommend to not buy at this store because in the event you would like to make a return, it seems close to impossible to do.
