  I had an amazing experience at Alo in Willowbrook Mall! I stopped by to pick up a hoodie and a few shirts, and Dinah and Chelsea made the entire shopping experience exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was truly outstanding, and they made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Employees like Dinah and Chelsea are the reason customers keep coming back. They absolutely deserve recognition and a raise! Thank you both for making my visit such a great experience!

  Got a gift and wanted to exchange for size- your manager couldn’t exchange it but advised to call customer service and “complain” just to get a gift card. So instead of fixing the issue she wanted me out of the store and advised complaining to get a gift card. Please go over customer service skills again. This was unnecessary. A complete waste of time.

  You can’t be a POC and shop here. They follow you around, but ignore you and huffpuff when you ask for help. At check out they ask for you to pay in cash. A handful people warned me about this place; I wish I would had listened to them.

  I would like to give a shout out to Deana in this store! Loyal Alo shoppers know that their processes can be a little quirky. Deana is the best! Always wiling to go out of her way to find what you need, very patient and kind, truly an asset to the brand and store! Keep up the good work Willowbrook! Much better service than Short Hills location. Deana sets a great tone!

  Ivan and the team at the Willowbrook mall were absolutely amazing. They took care of me and were so polite and respectful. As a person in the service industry, this team is one of the best and would recommend checking them out if you are in the area!
