  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we walk through the doors of JCPenney, this place just feels welcoming. There is a warmth here that you do not always find in retail, and that starts from the top down. A special acknowledgment to the Store Manager, Garine — she is consistently super sweet, kind, and genuinely present on every visit. Whether she is helping my guy or greeting other shoppers, or communicating with her coworkers she leads with her heart every single time. That kind of leadership sets the tone for an entire store, and it shows. To the Assistant Managers Elodia, Margaret, and Bre, and to the incredible floor team — John, Roseanne, Kaleem, Belem, Emily, Katrina, and Jessica — thank you for making every visit feel personal. You are the backbone of what makes this location special. These are the names we have had the pleasure of learning so far, but every single member of this staff has been absolutely amazing. Each face we encounter carries that same warmth and we look forward to recognizing everyone by name as we continue to visit. And let us talk about this store because it deserves its own spotlight. Two full levels of an incredible shopping experience. On Level 1 you will find Men's Apparel, Women's Accessories, Shoes, Fine Jewelry, the Salon, Portrait Studio, and convenient Checkout, Pickup and Returns. Head up to Level 2 and you will discover Home, Bedding and Bath, Mattresses, Window Coverings, Intimates, Kids' Apparel, Kids' Shoes, and even a Disney Store. This place truly has everything under one roof. The prices across every department are genuinely impressive — clothing, jewelry, toys, seasonal event items, curtains, luggage and so much more. Their Christmas setup is absolutely beautiful and festive. Quality without breaking the bank. That matters. And the Portrait Studio deserves a special mention. Want to take a moment to honor Bridget there — one of the originals. Long before we knew every name in this store, Bridget was one of the very first faces to greet us with that warm, genuine welcome that made us feel like we truly belonged here. That kind of impression never leaves you. Having a professional photography studio right inside the store is such a thoughtful touch. It adds a personal, memorable dimension to the shopping experience that you simply do not find everywhere. Not every place opens its doors the way this one does, and that is okay — but the ones that do, the ones that truly welcome people like my guy with open arms and genuine kindness, they carry something rare. There is without a doubt a special place reserved in the afterlife for souls who choose kindness toward those who need it most. This staff lives that every single day. Now to the JCPenney Salon — where beauty meets heart ❤️ . Keeping customers feeling good about themselves takes more than skill with scissors ✂️ and color. It takes the beauty that lives within the person holding them. And this team has both in abundance. To Pamela and Andrea, and to the entire salon family — Jamie, Christine C., Donna, Maria, Chris G., Lisa, Tracy, Violet, Lanette, Christine J., Tina T., Chrissy V., Debbie, Tina A., Valencia, Nina — you are not just stylists, you are confidence builders. The way you treat my guy, the way you treat every person who sits in your chair, speaks to who you are as human beings. Just like the rest of this incredible staff, we know there are more amazing faces in this salon that we have yet to learn by name, but every single one of you has made an impression that we carry with us. That is a gift. I am proud to bring my guy here through my work with Autism Community Services (ACS) in Rahway, NJ — an organization that works hard to match every individual with the right support.   Bought cowgirl boots here, wore them to one concert, and the heel is flat. Every time I put pressure on it, FLAT. 0/10 don't recommend. Don't even buy from the store atp. Why sell shitty products. 0/10 store too.

  Stopped in today looking for a pair of shorts. Found them. Tried to pay. Went to register. Nobody there. Looked for a store employee. Couldn’t find any. Left the shorts at the register and left. This store is not long for this world. I won’t be back.

  While I was trying to purchase some clothing in the men's department I went to the cashier there and was treated very rudely by her. I put my merchandise down on the counter and walked out... maybe she had a bad day but you never should be so rude...she should retire as she lacks people skills in my eyes
