  I literally have a problem every time I try to return something. First they don’t want it back if the tag is off- BUT it was shipped to me that way. Corporate had to handle it. Then they didn’t want to take an item back when it arrived to my house dirty and inside out .Again, the store refused to help and corporate had to handle it. If the quality of your merchandise needs to be perfect with tags attached you need to hire employees that put care into it. This time, I began the return online, brought it with me and they said it’s the wrong order number? HOW? The item is printed right there! 2 customers in the store just at the time I was returning told me they had similar issues. The two managers pretended they didn’t hear the issues going on behind them. (Same as the last two times) This must be why none of the employees are ever smiling. Kindness and effort can go a long way people. It’s so disappointing because I love that they have extra short for me, my daughter, and my mother, but at this point I don’t think it’s worth it. Do Better!

  Love this store and the employees. They know their product really well and they are so helpful with sizing and styles. If it's not in stock, they will order it and send it to your home free of charge. Don't be shy, they really are happy to help.
