- KAKainat AmanAug 7, 20261.0Bad customer service, and worst return policy. Glasses are not good quality either, they scratch unusually easily. Buy them from amazon instead.

My wife purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses for me, and within just two days we returned to exchange them because I wasn’t happy with them. The store refused the exchange, claiming there was a tiny scratch that was barely visible and only noticeable under very close inspection. This was extremely frustrating, especially when the store advertises 100% satisfaction. The staff was not willing to work with us or offer any reasonable solution. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they immediately looked for a reason to deny the exchange. We left feeling disappointed and that our concerns were dismissed. If a product can develop such a minor mark within two days and that alone is enough to deny an exchange, then the advertised satisfaction policy doesn’t match the customer experience. I expected much better service from Oakley and would think twice before purchasing from this location again.

Fortunately, I was able to buy the warranty when I bought them. She navigated through replacing them showed me what was available for to replace them in the store. It was a fantastic awesome experience.
