  Always amazing service, best promo pricing, and terrific selection of watches (Movado & other brands), plus the nicest, friendliest, most helpful staff (especially Natalie!) - highly recommend coming here! So happy they opened a few years ago - I have purchased 3 women’s watches and 2 men’s when we really didn’t need more watches, that’s how much I love the Movado Jersey Shore Outlet! We really love Natalie who always goes above & beyond and she is the most kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable watch expert! There’s no pressure with Natalie and she gives total transparency about pricing/promos so you can trust you’re getting the best deal. This is a real Movado company-owned store (not another dealer) and I don’t know anywhere else you can buy an authentic, brand-new Movado watch discounted at 30-70% off! Natalie also replaced several watch batteries for us - they have the proper factory machine on-site that reseals & waterproofs Movado watches, while most jewelry stores need to send it to Movado for the special battery change with waterproofing. We really love how you can get a Movado watch battery replaced with proper resealing/waterproofing in 15 minutes, instead of waiting 2 weeks to get your watch back from a jeweler! Also it's fun looking at new watch styles while you wait for your watch service, that’s usually when I get into trouble, LOL ;-) Tip: go visit on a weekday when the Jersey Shore Outlets are quieter and more relaxed, not weekends or holidays when there’s tons of tourists and everything gets crazy - enjoy and happy shopping!

  Purchased a gift for someone at the Mavado Store at the Jersey Shore outlets. I asked for a gift receipt and they gave me one. It turns out it wasn't the right gift. I went back to return with the "gift receipt" it turns out they don't do returns. I wasn't informed about this policy at the time of purchase. The person at the register told me the sales person would have told me about the policy and that people try to get free things. I guess now I'm lying. We didn't want the watch, had a gift receipt and were returning it. A stores value comes in how it treats its customers. I can go online and find better deals but prefer to see things in person. Just because they can get away with it in the fine print doesn't make it a good business practice. This was low end and very poor customer service.

  Compre un reloj movado y en menos de tres meses no me funciona y fui a la tiemda y solo me dijeron que llamara a la compañia por que ello no podian hacer nada

  AMAZING SERVICE! Went shopping for my husband's anniversary gift and was helped by Stephanie. I had the absolute best experience shopping with her. She made me laugh the whole time and was just so genuine about making sure I found the right watch for him. Thank you Stephanie!!
