  I went in to the store last Wednesday to check the authenticity of a purse I bought in Vinted. The two people working were very helpful and verified my purse was real! I was so happy with that and them so I bought a wallet and will be back to buy more.

  My wife and I unfortunately experienced a very unpleasant situation in the store. When we entered, my wife was laughed at by three female sales assistants. We then left the shop. I pointed out to the sales assistants that they were being rude. They continued to laugh. I would not recommend anyone to shop there if they expect to be treated professionally. If you apparently don’t meet their physical ideal, they react in a very derogatory manner.

  I couldn't have been more impressed with Kristen! Not only is she gorgeous but, she is an absolute delight. I’ve never been handled with such poise. she keeps me updated with new promotions and send me pictures when I need too🙏🏼

  Wonderful staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful, I was stuck choosing between 2 bags and staff was also divided ended up getting both bags and a card holder. The holder wasn’t available in store in the color I wanted and instead of just setting for the colors available Peter convinced me to order the color I wanted and I’m glad he did, the red is amazing so easy to spot inside my bags. I don’t know about the other customers experiences but mine was wonderful definitely going to back in the fall, hopefully it’s another great day 😊
