  The driver stole the bouquet I ordered for Mother’s Day. He insisted he couldn’t wait for her to get home and had to mark the item as delivered, but would be back later to complete the delivery. Despite the instructions telling him to leave it on the front porch, he claimed he had to hand deliver it to her. He kept her waiting for 45 minutes only to never return her phone calls, refuse to respond to me, and lied to the store saying he completed the delivery. Stealing flowers on Mother’s Day is ridiculous to say the least. I’ve contacted both the store and am waiting to hear back from the general manager on this matter of theft.

  Do not waste your time here. The manager is rude and unhelpful. I placed an order online and phone in to make an adjustment, less than 1 minute after placing my order. I asked for coconut flakes instead of the sprinkles (willing to pay whatever difference there might be) but instead I was met with an attitude and unwillingness - she told me that she is “unable to change out the topping from what is in the picture.” In what world does that make sense? If I said I didn’t want sprinkles would she have made me keep them as a topper because that’s what’s in the picture. Ridiculous

  I ordered a birthday arrangement and was charged a tip fee which supposedly was optional. However, I was unable to delete from the order. It was well beyond an appropriate amount. What a rip off. Last time I order from this company. In addition, I was expecting free delivery based on the amount of emails I received promoting it.

  This morning I placed an order to be delivered today the day before Mother’s Day! I ordered a bundle with a mug that has fruit and a big vase with flowers . It said out for delivery for hours ! I get it it’s a busy weekend but it was almost 10pm and still nothing . No call nothing . My mother just called to tell me they came and told me what she got ! She said I have the mug with fruit 3 balloons and a box of dipped strawberries! I said what where are the flowers ? No flowers ! I did not pay over 180 bucks for balloons and dipped strawberries! I am not happy at all ! If u did not have the flowers then someone should have contacted me ! Will never order from this store ever ! It’s like going to McDonald’s ordering a burger but then getting a fish sandwich! I’m pretty sure you would go back and make sure u get what u ordered and paid for ! Dissatisfied and highly upset
