  I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had today with my sales associate Naz. I came in wanting to look over a few different wedding band options and she brought the magic to make my ideas come to life. Naz was warm, friendly AND hilarious. It’s nice to feel like you’re chatting with a real person who offers honest and sincere advice. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and was very professional. I would strongly recommend Naz to anyone visiting this location.

  I received an engraved silver bracelet from my daughter on her wedding day—a beautiful and meaningful gift. After only two days, the clasp failed and I nearly lost it. A few months later, I brought it to this store in the Mall at Short Hills and was told I’d have to pay $80 for repair due to store policy. When I questioned this, both the salesperson and manager confirmed the fee. I called customer service from the store; although the salesperson refused to speak with them, the representative agreed the repair should be free and provided a prepaid UPS label. I was disappointed by the store’s response, but grateful that customer service made it right.

  When I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings to replace the ones that my wife lost, I was very fortunate to meet Katerina Timakova at Tiffany in Short Hills Mall. Katerina took the time with my daughter and I to select the perfect earrings for my wife. She was not pushy, but rather was a consummate professional who was very patient and helped us throughout the process. My wife loves the earrings so much so that I will probably be returning at some point for a diamond bracelet. Great job, Katerina, you’re the best!

  Hands down my favorite Tiffany’s location. From the moment you walk in, the service is exceptional! Everyone is welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. If you visit, ask for Naz. She is truly the best. She always makes the experience feel so personal and special. Naz is warm, sincere, and incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping you find the right piece rather than just making a sale. I would absolutely recommend working with her and will continue to do so myself.
