  I had to go into the register “closet” with two other customers and it made me uncomfortable. The register closet was blocked by about 7 other people waiting for their turn to go in. I had a sweet new associate and you could tell she was not being welcomed by the other staff. I will not go back to this store. Other than the new associate trying to help me, all other staff were extremely rude and cold. I had to make an exchange and was told by Nicholas to come back in 15 minutes once the credit was returned on my email, and my purchase would be wrapped and bagged to make the transaction quick. I came back to make my purchase as instructed, and the item was not ready. Shopping nightmare.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jason at this Ralph Lauren location for consistently providing one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I shop quite frequently at many different stores, and I can honestly say Jason is one of the best sales associates I’ve ever come across. Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond. He has helped style me on multiple occasions, gives outstanding recommendations, and truly understands both fashion and customer service at a high level. What stands out most is his genuine passion for the Ralph Lauren brand. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that energy reflects in the experience he creates for customers. Jason is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and incredibly dedicated. He makes shopping feel personal rather than transactional, which is rare today. Associates like him are a huge reason customers continue coming back. Ralph Lauren is fortunate to have someone like Jason representing the brand.

  The store layout is confusing and difficult to navigate, especially if you have a stroller. The woman associate with long hair and glasses was rather rude and clearly annoyed I was in her way of helping an older white woman customer who was trying on purple label collection. But the male associate (I believe his name was Nicholas) was helpful when I asked for different sizes of denim jacket to try on. I wanted to buy it, but I think I was turned off by the woman associate when I first entered the store. If you want to cater to people who are interested in the purple label collection, why don’t they just open a separate store? That’s what I don’t understand.

  Very patient and helpful staff. Regan helped me step by step in making my purchases and Steven was also incredibly patient with my support questions. It's always a pleasure to stop by.

  I stepped by last week the collection is great the long sleeves with the tan jacket was a perfect style and my friend loves her outfit too im coming back in spring next can't wait for modern spring outfits plus dresses too come out soon.
