They try to accuse people of wearing and putting perfume on the products they’re returning and find any little excuse to provide bad customer service. This happened multiple times at the store, so it’s not just the staff. It’s the management of the store. A terrible disgrace for such a good brand.

Even though i never use it, and she asked me to leave the shop when i asked her name because im going to report her attitude to the shop manager

His recommendations were spot on, and he helped me put together outfits that were both stylish and practical for my trip. What really stood out was how personal and authentic the experience felt. By the time I left, I felt like I had been shopping with a friend. Customer service like this is rare, and it's the reason I'll continue coming back to this location.
