  Reviewing the shopping experience alone. I came in on a Saturday and it is super unorganized and understaffed. Being helped is based solely on luck if you make eye contact with the associate first. It was only through the honor system that people are being helped in the order that they come into the store and even then that’s not accurate. For a store that seems so popular I’m not sure how there are only 3 - 4 associates available on a Saturday afternoon.

  Not sure what others are talking about this store is excellent. Ask for Mike he is great and helped my wife find the exact piece she wanted! Would definitely come back!

  I went there to pick out some pieces for my birthday and robyn was amazing I was a little overwhelmed by prices and needed time and she held everything until I came back… she then showed me some stacks and created a wish list for me. The staff was sweet I was offered bottled water and it was the perfect way to start my bday.

  Fantastic selection and excellent customer service. Stopped in this past Sunday and was immediately greeted by Sales Associate Tiffany Velez. Tiffany was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She made my first buying experience at DY a pleasant one.
