  For months, I hunted down the Chanel bag of the year (ifykyk), and the team at the Short Hills boutique made it happen! Huge thank you to Jocelyn, Alexandra, and Luis — they were simply amazing every single step of the way. Short Hills truly has the very best team, and trust me, I know: my search took me to locations from NY to Berlin to Boston, and none compared to how responsive, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant this staff was to work with. Thank you!!!

  Bleu De Chanel Parfum what a shame. I just bought a 5oz bottle and it's literally water, 35 mins and the scent is gone... like come on its PARFUM. This used to my signature scent in 2018-2019 ive been through 2 full 200ml bottles, used to have way better performance but now in 2026 their quality is literally trash. Save your money and buy Dior or Valentino or Georgio Armani.

  I went to repair a small Chanel bag that I bought in October last year, I called first and they told me to take it to this mall, they said i still have guarantee (it doesn't even have the year) I took it to repair it because in the corners it was peeling and it looks horrible, and they couldn't repair it, they said they can’t, how is it possible that such an expensive bag gets damaged quickly without using it? Better quality has a cheap brand, in addition to everything the person who gave me the bag had a super ARROGANT attitude, I asked HER a question about a bag I bought with a certified personal shopper, and I wanted to know if the bag was real and she told me that they have no way of knowing. Incredible and disappointing.

  I had a really bad experience today. I discovered a scratch on a bag I bought last week, so I went to the store. The staff acted as if I had caused the damage myself, telling me that scratches would appear after using it for a while anyway. And she tell me it's not like the bag belongs in a museum! asked if I could exchange it for one without scratches, but they said it was the last one in stock. When I asked for a refund, she said can’t not refund . You can switch to a different bag. These are the photos I took at the store last week; I still can see scratches on it. I have to come back here in four to six weeks to pick up my bag, because they’ve sent it off for repairs
