  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Staff were chatting among themselves while ignoring customers and openly looking people up and down. This is far below the standard expected from Chanel.

  I went to repair a small Chanel bag that I bought in October last year, I called first and they told me to take it to this mall, they said i still have guarantee (it doesn't even have the year) I took it to repair it because in the corners it was peeling and it looks horrible, and they couldn't repair it, they said they can’t, how is it possible that such an expensive bag gets damaged quickly without using it? Better quality has a cheap brand, in addition to everything the person who gave me the bag had a super ARROGANT attitude, I asked HER a question about a bag I bought with a certified personal shopper, and I wanted to know if the bag was real and she told me that they have no way of knowing. Incredible and disappointing.

  I had a really bad experience today. I discovered a scratch on a bag I bought last week, so I went to the store. The staff acted as if I had caused the damage myself, telling me that scratches would appear after using it for a while anyway. And she tell me it's not like the bag belongs in a museum! asked if I could exchange it for one without scratches, but they said it was the last one in stock. When I asked for a refund, she said can’t not refund . You can switch to a different bag. These are the photos I took at the store last week; I still can see scratches on it. I have to come back here in four to six weeks to pick up my bag, because they’ve sent it off for repairs

  I've recently become a Chanel customer, and I must say at this location some of the workers have the nastiest attitudes, I went into the store to look for a gold pair of Chanel thong sandals and when I explained them to the S.A. she was so degrading stating "We've had 2 launches since those sandals" but in an almost snooty way. I was so disgusted by her disposition I looked around a little more then said thank you and left the store. She was middle aged or early 60's with dark auburn hair thin build and slender face. Thankfully I've made a connection with a SA at Mall of America. I'm sure she'll be able to track down the sandals and has a way better attitude.

  I am in awe of some of these reviews! I’d like to start off with my SA, Jina. She was truly such a delight to work with. She was caring, funny, listened to my wants and needs and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. She made my experience so great. I cannot recommend her enough. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about her on our way home. 10/10 experience. I also have to say as we were there, every other sales associate was so personable and friendly too. We had conversations with some and they were so nice to talk to. My husband and I were in the flagship store a week prior to coming to short hills and the difference is night and day. In the city, everyone was so rude. They don’t care to even make an attempt to show you things unless you asked. I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere but short hills after this. Thank you Jina!!
