  Worst service experience I've ever had in my life! Super rude staff, judgmental looks... As soon as I realized the bad service I left the store and didn’t buy anything, negative energy! I'll never come back

  had an amazing experience at this store. the employee helping was a sweetheart, unfortunately did not catch her name. went in for an exchange, she guided me to the product and even checked the back for me for different colors. minus 1 star because my white sweater has a stain that nobody caught and the return/exchange situation with alo is a nightmare!

  Worst experience, and terrible return and exchange policy! Was looking to exchange the same item (first and last alo purchase) outside of the return period. Rather than processing the exchange for a first time customer trying to buy more, the store manager rudely referred me to the vaguely worded return policy that somehow also includes exchanges. For the price, the customer service should be much better.

  I was a bit hesitant to visit this location due to the reviews, I’m glad I did. I was greeted by the staff when i walked in & the associate helped me find my size for an exchange i was making. The cashier was also super friendly so im glad i took the chance to come here. Thanks for your help Vinny.
