I had such a good experience shopping here with my sister today. Sol and Kayla were both so friendly and genuinely took the time to help us. It's hard to find people who make shopping feel easy, but they really did. We left with everything we needed for our vacation and couldn't be happier. we’ll definitely be back!!

I never would write a review but I feel like I have to because there’s no online survey I could do either .About a week and a half ago I bought this dress along with two others from Windsor. I was planning on wearing it to a graduation party. I didn’t wear it yet and as I went to put it on to show my mom, she noticed a huge rip on the side. We know Windsor’s exchange/return policy, I buy things from there all the time and I never have a problem with the two week window. We ended up taking my dress to my dry cleaner to see if he could stich it up for me and what we discovered was that this dress was already returned to Windsor with the tags on after being worn and ripped by someone else and was sewed with a few stitches that came undone. So I went down to the mall today (July 1st, around 2:15 pm) and brought the dress back and asked for a refund. It hasn’t been the two week window, the tags are still on the dress, I did not damage it, your store sold me something damaged that they took back as a return that was stitched up by another person. So this is what I explained to the lady. To start she didn’t say hi or hello we first came up, she was rude from the get go, All she said was do you have the receipt. I pulled up the receipt and I asked for the refund. What she told me was that they cannot give me a refund, even though it hasn’t been two weeks because she can’t take something back that is damaged, but the issue is someone else returned this back being damaged, then it was returned Back to the floor with no inspection. If they can return something damaged, why can’t I? The lady was saying that it is my fault for not looking at the dress. If there was a rip that is my fault. I asked her politely for her name. She told me she legally doesn’t have to give me her name. She wouldn’t even make eye contact and was being very rude and dismissing. There’s nothing wrong with asking for an employee’s name. I wanted to give a review and I know she didn’t give me her name so that I wouldn’t bash her in their review. She had big eyelashes a red shirt on. Both of the ladies that were working the register were giving me dirty looks, were very rude or staring me up and down as I walked out of the store. They were all standing in a corner, whispering looking at me, it felt like mean girls from high school. In no way should you have any employee who’s at your store that treats people like that. I didn’t raise my voice or wasn’t blatantly disrespectful like there was no reason for people to be acting like that towards me. There wasn’t any discount or anything that they could offer me besides store credit. It wasn’t even two weeks of the return and I did not damage it as the tax were still on. No one was helpful. She was very condescending and when I went to go grab another one of the dresses I was able to see that where the rip was was where a sensor was. So the sensor was misplaced by the employees leading up to the rip, leading up to someone else re-stitching it and returning it, and then putting the item back on the floor. Horrible customer service didn’t give me any help, this isn’t how you work a business. The customer is usually right. I work in retail. I know how it works. There was no help. No one honored anything. I honestly won’t shop here again I’ll drive all the way to Willowbrook to get stuff or order online.

Christina at Windsor in Rockaway helped me out today and I really appreciate it. I have a wedding this Saturday and was stressed trying to figure everything out, and she made an exception for me and made things a lot easier. She was really nice and understanding, and you can tell she actually cares. She honestly made my day.

I went there today and had a nasty experience. We had the most rude cashier! I love the store but will never come back!

Went to try on several tops and there was a 6 piece limit for the dressing room, understandable. So one of the employees took the extra 5 tops and put them on the return rack for me to exchange. When I came out of the dressing room to exchange the items they were gone. (Mind you, this was about 5 minutes later) When I asked one of the employees about it, all she did was look at her watch with an attitude like it was closing time (it was 7:45, they close at 8) as if it was my fault the clothes were taken and then dismissed me. It was so rude and off putting that I didn’t buy anything I was going to get and just left. I have a lot of friends that shop for going out outfits year-round and I will make sure they don’t come to this store. And to add, some of their clothes had makeup and deodorant marks on them. GROSS. NEVER AGAIN.
