- WJW H JrMay 22, 20261.0On 5/21/26 at 7:10 p.m. I had a horrible experience with associate 0496 with tran # 8228! I was paying for a pair of Nike shoes and this woman hounded me 5 times about opening a jc penney credit card. When I said no once that should have been the end of it but she kept aggressively pushing me to open an account. Once she realized I was not going to open an account she became very very RUDE! She gave me an attitude when I asked for a bag and did not thank me or even say goodbye and to have a nice night. Just cold silence after I paid. This employee needs to be fired immediately. I will never return to this store again. This store is also dated and falling apart and can not afford to lose any customers as it is. I am letting everyone I know about this horrible experience and how this employee treated me all because I wouldnt open a credit account that I do not need and did not want a hard inquire on my credit reports to save a lousy 35$! I am actually thinking about returning the shoes tommorrow because I do not want to give this place any of my money! I have never ever had an experience like this before. I should have just went to Kohls like I normally do! Kohls knows how to treat their customers properly!!!

Shopping requires , space , mirrors and decisions. To walk far and make it harder is a big fail . Online is the only way forward .
