- CRChristine RussoAug 22, 20265.0Love Express clothing! The Rockaway store is always clean and organized. The associates are all very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Lainey who was so sweet to offer to process an online order for me as the item was not available in the store. Awesome service and initiative Lainey! Thanks!
- MEMaria E.Apr 14, 20261.0The experience was disappointing, largely due to the management. Evette’s communication style is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward staff, snapping at one young girl, which created an uncomfortable environment as a customer. Unfortunately, the overall customer service reflected this tone. Based on this experience, I would not return and very disappointed that Express would hire such a person.
- MDmanjari deshpandeFeb 10, 20235.0Exceptional service at the store. The associates are extremely courteous and helpful. It’s a really nice store to shop at. I would like to recommend Domnique, the manager at the Rockaway mall store for his exceptional service.
