Evette’s communication style is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward staff, snapping at one young girl, which created an uncomfortable environment as a customer. Unfortunately, the overall customer service reflected this tone. Based on this experience, I would not return and very disappointed that Express would hire such a person.

It was so refreshing to be helped by someone so friendly and knowledgeable about the items in the store. He was also very helpful in exchanging sizes for me from the fitting room. At the time of my purchase Michael reviwed the return policy after seeing my hesitation about one of my purchases and also informed me about the additional discount off my purchase if I applied for the Express credit card. Let's just say I'll be shopping here more often. Thank you!
