Caught the "Manager" talking negatively about me to her Associate because I tried on clothes. Worst customer experience I have ever had in a retail store. **UPDATE*** Been well over a month and still nothing. What a shame that clearly the corporate team doesn't even care enough to follow up.

While Aerie Rockaway is a lovely store, with cool, comfortable clothing, the management team has been lacking in Rockaway for a while. Can you cut an associate 30 minutes into her shift because your over hours? Couldn’t you have just called and had her not come in for her shift?? Gas and car maintenance is expensive, and to not consider the waste of her time, is just rude. Get it together! It’s call store ‘management’ for a reason. Manage it better.

they have the best bathing suits ever! I love all of the patterns and designs, so summery! they also have great cover-ups for the beach! this store is my first stop at the beginning of summer. I just went today and the employees were so kind and helpful. they asked me a couple times if I needed help and were very kind all around. I'll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend to others. the sales are great too!
