Terrible service ! Manager has no idea what’s going on around her !!! I dropped my shoes ( those are expensive 2 pair of shoes , this is why I thought DSW would have a great service )for repair via services they offer , before I dropped ,I asked manager lady “ where do you ship them “ her reply was “this is local services “ , so great this will be fairly fast , 3 weeks later , no update , I called the number on repair services , guess where they are located, in Texas , omg ,really , so disappointing They couldn’t provide me with estimate or give me an answer, 3 weeks later , long story short , I asked them to ship my shoes back to me without repair . Shame ! Do not use this services ever !
