  Visited Hamilton Jewelers for the first time while exploring the area and was immediately impressed. Matthew and Cassandra were knowledgeable, attentive, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable rather than high-pressure. They took the time to understand what we were looking for across several references and followed up promptly with detailed information on each. The kind of service that makes you want to establish a long-term relationship with a jeweler. Highly recommend.

  I recently got “the call” for my Rolex, and the entire experience at Hamilton Jewelers was outstanding from start to finish. Buying a Rolex is supposed to feel special, and they absolutely delivered that full experience. Cassandra McBride was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the watch, its features, and making sure I fully appreciated what makes the piece so special. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made the experience memorable. I also want to thank Lauren Tischler, who was extremely helpful when I first registered my watch preferences. She was welcoming, organized, and made the initial process seamless. From the first interaction to finally getting “the call,” the communication and customer service were excellent. If you’re looking for a first-class luxury watch buying experience, I highly recommend Hamilton Jewelers.

  My husband and I have spent a lot of money 💰 at Hamilton Jewelers and always felt confident in their expertise and reputation until ……. You guessed it, they tried to pull a fast one… we brought in a vintage Movado Watch for a routine battery replacement. They replaced the battery. 18 months later the watch stopped working and has moisture under the crystal. Apparently Hamilton Jewelers is not authorized to replace Movado Batteries on vintage watches and they are not authorized to replace the battery on the type of watch that I had. I have lost all confidence in their expertise. When I brought this to their attention they tried to shift the blame onto us that we should have had the watch pressure tested. I’m not a jewelry expert, this is supposed to be their area of expertise. My husband and I are extremely disappointed. Why pay a premium?

  I have had the pleasure of working with and knowing Karen at Hamilton Jewelers in Princeton for almost 10 years now. From when she first helped make picking out my wife’s engagement ring a seamless and easy process I knew that I had someone I could call on for all my special moments in life. Karen has not only helped me with gifts for multiple occasions, but also personal items for myself. I’ve never felt any pressure to make decisions or purchase while working with her and I’ve always felt Karen brought a high level of Industry knowledge to help me make informed choices. I would (and have) recommend working with Karen to my friends and family members and appreciate having her as my go to contact at Hamilton!
