I had the pleasure of working with Brian and Cassandra in acquiring my first Rolex, a 36mm fluted Wimbledon on jubilee, and they made the entire experience seamless! Their warm professionalism, kindness, and expertise helped me enjoy every step of this process and I cannot thank them enough. They were ultimately able to help me acquire this watch right before my wedding which made wearing it on the day so much more meaningful. I cannot thank the staff at Hamilton Jewelers enough and I would recommend this AD to anyone interested in purchasing their first Rolex!

I had a wonderful experience working with Diane to buy my Rolex. Initially, she was very helpful in explaining she’ll note my “interest” in the watch (no waitlist) and did set expectations that given the model the wait will probably be extended. After a long wait and several interest confirmations, I missed a call from her last December and had a voicemail of her singing the “Batman” theme song and to call her back ASAP! Fast forward a few weeks and I was in store picking up my watch, where she took me through the history of Rolex, how to care for my watch, and answered all of my other intrusive thoughts. The experience that Diane gave me both through our correspondence and in store is really what makes this watch special. I look forward to continuing to build a history and relationship with Hamilton and Diane.

I had an excellent experience at Hamilton Jewelers while purchasing my first Rolex. Matthew Olivieri was incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to walk me through different Rolex models, dial options, and configurations before I ultimately decided on a Datejust 41. His knowledge and perspective made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel enjoyable and informed. What stood out most was how generous he was with his time. I stopped by close to the end of the day, yet he never made me feel rushed and was happy to answer all of my questions. The level of professionalism, patience, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I also appreciate Matthew's willingness to keep me updated as inventory becomes available. I'm excited about this timepiece. Thank you, Matthew, and the entire Hamilton Jewelers team for making my experience such a positive one.

I have been staring at this review for a while now, trying to find the right words. Not because I don't have them — but because some experiences carry so much weight that you want to get them exactly right. I am a third-generation watch collector. That isn't a title I wear lightly. My grandfather carried a watch that meant something. My father carried one that meant even more — because I was there when he got it. I was just a boy, standing beside him, not fully understanding what was happening, but feeling every bit of its importance. Watches, in our family, have never been about luxury. They have been about legacy. So when I began my journey to find my first Rolex, I understood this wasn't a shopping trip. This was something I had been preparing for my entire life. Seven years of visiting authorized dealers across the country, building relationships, getting close, and leaving without the call I was hoping for. People who don't collect watches won't understand that kind of patience. People who do — they know exactly what I mean. And then Brian Schubot called. His precise words were " you never anticipate these calls but once in your life It does happen. Your Submariner is here" Seven years. One phone call. Brian didn't just deliver a watch. He delivered a moment I had been carrying since childhood. He is something rare in any industry — a person who has given his life to understanding what he does at a depth very few ever reach. He doesn't talk about watches. He lives them. Every reference, every detail, every piece of history comes out naturally, generously, without performance. When you have grown up around timepieces the way I have, you recognize immediately when you are in the presence of someone genuine. Brian is that person. He made seven years of waiting feel like exactly the right amount of time. But the part of this story I will carry with me forever happened inside the store. I brought my oldest daughter with me — the same way I stood beside my father all those years ago. I didn't explain too much beforehand. I wanted her to feel it for herself. And she did. The moment that watch was placed in front of us, something shifted in her. I watched her eyes. I saw it happen. That quiet, wordless understanding of why something beautiful and enduring matters passed between us without a single word spoken. A tradition that began with my grandfather, deepened with my father, and carried through me has now found its way to her. Marissa was with us through all of it — warm, patient, and present in the way only someone who genuinely loves what they do can be. Those chocolates she brought out may sound like a small detail. They weren't. My daughter's face lit up, and in that moment Marissa may have just secured Hamilton's next generation of collectors. Hamilton Jewelers is not a store. It is a family — four generations of the Siegel family who have built something on the belief that what they do matters beyond the transaction. There is something profound in the fact that a four-generation family business became the place where a third-generation collector passed this torch to a fourth. That symmetry is not lost on me. It feels intentional, even if it wasn't planned. This was my first Rolex. But this is not the end of my story with Hamilton — it is the beginning of one. I walked in as a collector. I left as family. Brian. Marissa. The Siegel family. Thank you — not for selling me a watch, but for honoring everything that watch represents. You were part of something that started long before I walked through your door. And you will be part of everything that comes after.

After nearly eight years of waiting for several Rolex models, I can honestly say my experience with Hamilton Jewelers specifically Palm Beech Gardens location has been extremely disappointing. Over the years, I worked with multiple sales associates and managers, many of whom are no longer with the company. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly encouraged to remain patient and assured that my requests were being monitored. Despite years of follow-up and loyalty, I never received an allocation for any of my primary requests. What made this particularly frustrating was learning that a watch I had specifically been waiting for was ultimately allocated to another client who, according to information acknowledged to me by both the salesperson and then-store director Robert Gatta, had been waiting a significantly shorter period of time. As someone who had already invested years into the process, that was extremely difficult to understand. After this situation came to light, I sent multiple detailed emails outlining my concerns. The matter was escalated to Terry A. Goldsmith, Senior Vice President and Director of Sales. While she was kind enough to personally call me, listen to my concerns, and express understanding, three separate follow-up emails requesting updates ultimately went unanswered. I also spoke with the current Rolex liaison Franco who was no help on 2 separate occasions. Unfortunately, rather than feeling like a valued long-term client, I was left feeling that my concerns carried little weight despite the length of time I had been waiting. As a collector, I fully understand that demand exceeds supply. However, what makes this experience even harder to accept is that over the years I have been approached by multiple resellers offering some of the very models I had been waiting for, and in several instances I was shown documentation indicating the watches had originally been purchased through Hamilton Jewelers. While I cannot speak to the circumstances of those sales, it is frustrating for any collector to see highly sought-after pieces circulating on the secondary market while long-standing clients continue waiting year after year without clarity. Former store director Robert Gatta was one of the few individuals who sincerely listened to my concerns and promised to review the situation. Unfortunately, before any meaningful resolution occurred, he was no longer in that position, leaving me once again starting over with a new contact. At this point, my concern is no longer just about obtaining a watch. It is about communication, accountability, transparency, and how loyal clients are treated. After nearly eight years, multiple management changes, unanswered follow-ups, and no meaningful progress, I believe it is reasonable to expect better. I intend to bring my concerns directly to Rolex U.S. client relations so that my experience can be formally reviewed. My hope is not to create conflict, but to encourage greater transparency and fairness for customers who have invested years into the process. I hope Hamilton Jewelers takes a serious look at how long-term clients are being managed, because my experience has fallen far short of the standard I expected from a Rolex Authorized Dealer.
