  Horrible store as far as the staff attitude is concerned if you are brown skinned. You are invisible and unwelcome. Never ever stepping in this shop ever again….Google should come up with black stars or negative ratings specifically for this kind of reviews.Congratulations you get one star only because I had to select one to post this review…

  Great customer service and very personable staff. If I can’t find what I need for the moment. Someone is always willing to check another location. This has to be the best Alo location I’ve shopped at. While also being one of the best places I’ve shopped.

  I had a wonderful experience at Alo in Princeton. Sofia was patient, kind, and took her time helping me find exactly what I needed. Easily the best part of the visit.

  I can’t say enough great things about the employees at the Alo store in Princeton, NJ! We had such a great experience. Jay was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering our questions and helping us with different options throughout the store. Lexi truly made our visit exceptional. She was helping my daughter in the back, giving her honest opinions on different outfits and pieces and helping her figure out what looked best together. She has the BEST personality. She’s outgoing, personable, enthusiastic, and genuinely seems to enjoy helping customers. Her recommendations and guidance were fantastic, and she made my daughter feel comfortable and confident with her choices. Lexi is exactly what great customer service should look like. She didn’t just help us shop, she made the entire experience fun and memorable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer and wants them to leave happy.
