  I had a terrible experience with this jewelry store. I brought my ring in on July 5 to be resized from a size 7 to a 5¼. I was told it would take 2–3 days, but after repeated phone calls over the next 10 days, the ring still wasn’t ready. Each time I called, I got a different explanation, and no one could give me a clear completion date. When I finally picked up the ring, I got home and immediately noticed one of the side diamonds was missing. I brought it right back, and instead of fixing their mistake on the spot, they told me it would take another week. Rather than apologizing, they claimed I had been “rushing” them. The communication was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. To make matters more frustrating, after my mom was told the repair would take another week, I received a call five minutes later saying the ring was suddenly ready for pickup. The entire process was disorganized and unprofessional. A simple ring resizing should not take nearly three weeks, especially when it is returned with a missing diamond. I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this jeweler and will never return.They truly deserve a 0 I dealt with a Melissa and a Samara. Terrible sales associate who don’t know anything about jewelry

  Excellent experience! Took in a watch to have a few scratches removed on the buckle that were driving me crazy to look at. Called me not even 24 hours later saying it was ready to be picked up. Watch looks brand new and the price was even less than I had expected it to be. Very friendly and courteous staff, would definitely recommend. Very nice selection of jewelry also.

  Lowest offer on gold jewelry out of 5 different local gold buybacks. Lowest by $1,000. The only shop to speak about “pennyweight” a known tactic to confuse sellers. Was also in there when another customer was returning for a refund after being over charged.
