I had the sincere pleasure of meeting Rich and his adorable wife Robyn. I had called to get a watch battery for my son’s prom today and they took care of it right on the spot. They are very warm and receptive to their customers needs and made me feel welcomed. It’s such a pleasure to see a business that nails the “personal touch” with their customers.
