I had a great experience at West Orange Jewelry in Parsippany! I went in to have my watch resized, and the service was pleasant, quick, and professional. Robyn & Rich were very nice and welcoming. It’s always nice to come across a business where you feel genuinely comfortable and appreciated. I would definitely recommend West Orange Jewelry and will be back again!

I had such a great experience creating a custom ring here! The entire process was so simple and easy from start to finish. The owners are incredibly friendly and really took the time to talk through my ideas and understand exactly what I was trying to create. They showed me so many different options and helped bring my vision to life without making the process feel overwhelming. Everything was also completed within a quick timeline, which was amazing. I’m so happy with how the ring turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to create something custom!

One of the best choices I have ever made! I have never purchased jewelry before and when my girlfriend and I started to look into places to check out engagement rings I chose West Orange Jewelers because of the reviews I saw. We were so happy when we went in and experienced that all of the great reviews were true. You are carefully walked through all of your options while never feeling pressured.
