- SSSusan SchottJun 25, 20261.0My fruit arrangement was already late when I called them. The woman said it was delivered. I told her I was at the address, it wasn’t here. Which was hard to believe since I actually spelled everything for them when I ordered. They called back and said they would pick it up and re-deliver. When it arrived it was left on the porch in 80 degree weather. They didn’t ring the bell. I guess they figured no tip. No way I would ever do business with Edible Arrangements in Parsippany again.
- JLJulie LFeb 15, 20201.0Yesterday was Valentine's day. My husband ordered an edible arrangement online for me a week in advance. Needless to say, it never arrived. Apparently the driver didn't know there is a 5pm cut off when delivering to a business? That sounds like a load of BS to me.
