  Horrible experience so I bought some rayban metas a year ago a year ago put the protection plan which expired a couple days ago..so I ask what can I do to get them fixed I was told they can’t do nothing for me it’s like I never spent 400 you would’ve thought I stole them the way they didn’t want to help..and I get the warranty expired but don’t treat people like that and tand I had my receipt I forgot the boys name but his customer service was terrible and they wouldn’t let me speak to the manager.. lesson learned tho I will never buy from a second market retailer…. They good to take your money but to help you no way….

  When I came in on Saturday, I was just passing by the sunglasses and noticed the salesperson, Monica, was demoing the Meta glasses and it caught my eye. I had no intention of buying any sunglasses but the way it was presented to me made me think of Father's day! I took advantage and bought 1 Rayban Meta and I added another pair because the promotion was too good to pass up.She made sure I added the insurance so my glasses are protected. Although the store was super busy, the two other associates were more than happy to help Monica get the stuff I needed. Btw... the playlist was amazing, I couldn't stop jamming out lol.
