- AOAKERKE ABDYKALYKOVA ONATJun 19, 20261.0My friend tried to return her glasses for store credit. Even though there was nobody waiting in line, the whole process took over 30 minutes. She was asked multiple times why she wanted to return them. When I asked why she had to keep explaining herself, the employee just turned away and didn’t answer. It felt like they were doing everything they could to avoid processing the return. Very frustrating experience. I would recommend going to a different store.

I am a person with low vision or functional blindness and let me say how AMAZING Katelyn was! I hope I spelled it right lol. She was super kind very patient and even let me try on her own glasses because all the features were set up and I needed to ensure certain things worked for me. She was professional and personable she truly gave me a 10/10 experience. I felt super comfortable asking questions and left happy very happy and CONFIDENT!
