From the moment I arrived, neither Javier nor the manager Ivan even acknowledged me, no greeting, no willingness to help. I purchased a protection plan about a year ago and came in still within the warranty period. Another store in the same company told me they could help, but here they flat out refused. Instead of speaking with me or trying to solve the issue, Javier and the manager Ivan just talked among themselves. When I asked them to contact a regional manager or find someone who could resolve it, they refused, saying they didn’t want to “get involved in problems”. Even worse, I overheard the salesperson telling the manager not to do anything because “you’ll get involved in an issue”. Instead of looking for a way to help, they immediately focused on avoiding responsibility. Both spoke Spanish, so communication was never the issue, lack of interest and basic customer service was. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never come back to this particular location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
