Horrible experience! The staff are so unhelpful and unprofessional! They do not care about your business. This wasn’t the first time I had this experience. I left and purchased elsewhere. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this store!

This store is stocked with so many selection of items from Ray Ban - beautifully displayed to feature the highlight of the products. Definitely a good place to get your Ray-Bans.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Gina during my recent visit to Ray-Ban store in Westfeld Mall. Last Friday afternoon, I needed to get a gift and there were so many selections and it took me quite a while to finally decide on a few sunglasses. The first associate was helpful but she could not really answer question about lenses - only vague answer in regards to the product that I was interested in. I kept browsing - but it was Gina that really helped me in deciding what I want.
Shoutout to Gina! What I like most about her is that she is really friendly, she approached me, and she share her honest opinion with me (I don't know she was agreeing with me but she does know how to persuasively connect to her customers). She is really down to earth and yet professional as she helped me narrow down my choices. I know that this sounds silly, but once I decided on the product that I want - we (sorta) went on a stock hunt of the availability of the item. The best part of this is that Gina was very positive and with the unavailability of one of the items - she offered to order it for me but we decide on our secondary choice. She then clasped her hand playfully and said that the person that receive this gift would love it (which she was absolutely correct).
I really enjoyed my time with Gina. She is approachable and friendly and definitely enhanced my shopping experience in the store.

Was made to feel very stupid by staff today as I patiently waited for upwards of 20 minutes to be helped as I was the only other customer in the store. As soon as they finished their purchase the woman behind the desk swiftly greeted the next person who walked into the store. I work in retail sales myself and understand how overwhelming it can be at times, but I at the very least make sure customers are greeted at the door and made to feel welcome even if I’m already preoccupied. I can see past not being greeted in the first few minutes being there, but what that woman did felt pretty disrespectful. Oakley earned a new customer today.

How disappointing it is that despite how much I love the products of Ray-Ban’s, this store’s customer service is by far the worst I have ever faced. Although the return policy of 45 days is engraved on the counter, the people are dead set on not accepting any returns, going as far as insinuating their customers for causing damage when they sold a defective item in the first place. It’s a shame because I love the sunglasses here and we have bought multiple times. When we went to return because the new glasses we bought had glasses that were screeching with small movement, we didn’t want to make a big scene and just wanted an exchange. The manager of the store was incredibly dismissive and told us to contact the manufacturer instead. I believe in giving second chances and I’ve never written a negative review before because it’s a disgrace to cause a business to go to ruin but this is a business that should not be supported.
