  Within 50 miles of my house I’ve at least 6 Nordstrom Rack’s, but I prefer to drive 82 miles to get to the Paramus location. There’s nothing more exciting and satisfying when shopping than an excellent customer service and great prices. There’s no doubt that JOSÈ is the best employee of the store. He’s incredibly people-focused, always gives me full attention and makes me feel like I’m in the boutique. He stays calm and focused while the store swirls around him- it shows his amazing mental discipline. He might be busy with another customer, but he always finds a moment to greet me, ask how am I doing and offer help. That genuine care feels rare especially in retail. JOSÈ, thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism! Always a pleasure to meet you. Management: you’ve an amazing talent there!

  Quest at Nordstrom Rack provided outstanding customer service! she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.   I hadn't been here since March, and as soon as I walked in, I sensed something was off - the air conditioning. It was so hot. It's like 90 outside and maybe 85 in the store. It's crazy. The employees are walking around visibly sweating. I asked one if their AC was broken, and they said "No, this is how management wants it. Everything fine's according to them. And if anyone isn't happy with that, they can quit, cause that's how we roll." I'm paraphrasing of course, but that was the main idea. Every other outlet at this mall is cool. Nordstrom Rack is cheaping out.
