  Great place to find designer brands and stylish clothing at discounted prices. The store usually has a wide variety of shoes, clothes, and accessories, and I’ve found some really good deals here. The staff was helpful and the checkout process was smooth. The store can get a little crowded and some sections feel disorganized at times, but overall it’s a solid shopping experience. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy bargain hunting for quality brands.

  I like Nordstrom racks deals however the in-person customer service is getting horrendous by the minute. Hope you don’t get Jose as the return cashier - awful service, ruined the whole experience.

  I had the best experience with Eleni at Nordstrom Rack in Paramus, NJ. So customer focused, through and professional! I needed to extend the pickup window of my shoes for a whole week. She told me she would have them saved and stored in the back. When I came a week later to pick them up, she was there and when I requested them from the other associate who was working with her (who was also very nice and professional), Eleni remembered our phone conversation from a week ago (which is amazing give the number of customers she works with in that time period) which avoided any delays in looking for the shoes. She is a class act. In general, everyone else I have encountered at that store is kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
