  Let me say, first of all, that I absolutely LOVE LL Bean products, and have many, many items. The one star review is for the store at Paramus Park Mall, not because of service, but because they close at 8pm!! If you work and have to go home to make dinner first for kids, there is absolutely no time to get to the store and shop before 8pm. It's utterly ridiculous!! It is also ridiculous that the entire mall closes at 8pm, but I don't shop there except for the LL Bean's. I don't know if this is true, but it wouldn't surprise me if the mall was struggling financially. Stay open at least until 9pm, PLEASE!!!

  Drove all the way here on a Sunday, only to find it closed...along with the whole mall!!!

  The staff was very helpful, the selection is great, and the bathroom and changing rooms were clean.
