- JZJillian ZelayaAug 21, 20261.0Horrible experience at this store. I was exchanging a pair of shorts that I had bought for my father in law that was outside of their 30 day window. I had the receipt and was only getting one size smaller, same color, same item, it was even at the same price. The manager would not budge so now I’m left with a pair of shorts that are useless to me. The return policy is not even printed on the back of the receipt. It’s a ridiculous policy and I will never buy anything j crew or their partner company. Madewell ever again. Horrible customer service!
- DFDEBRA FURNARIJun 24, 20265.0This store is so fantastic!!! From their selection of products & sizes, to the way everything is organized & displayed, and especially their team is truly outstanding!!!! The manager, the staff on the floor/dressing room and on the registers - are extremely helpful, friendly and are ready to make your shopping experience wonderful! I highly recommend this store You’ll be happy that you stopped by ❤️😊😍
